Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality products that match your expectations. Every order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or cancellation.

 

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only – India)

Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues, not for product-to-product exchanges.
  • Plus sizes (3XL to 6XL) are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Sale or discounted items, bags, jewelry, and home décor items are non-exchangeable, unless defective.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email your request to info@desiwearhub.com within 24–48 hours of delivery (for damages) or within 7 days (for size exchanges).
  2. If eligible, our team will coordinate a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
    • If reverse pickup is not available, you'll need to self-ship the item to the address below.
  3. A ₹300 processing fee per product applies. Share the payment screenshot via email.
  4. After inspection, we will ship the replacement product within 7–10 working days.
  5. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  6. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note (valid for 90 days) will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges due to color or fabric dissatisfaction are not accepted. A 10% color variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Custom-made or altered items are non-exchangeable.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products once sold and delivered, except in cases of defects or incorrect items received.

Damaged/Wrong Items:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issue.
  • Email info@desiwearhub.com with clear pictures and details of the problem.
  • Mandatory: For any claims of manufacturing defects or wrong/damaged products, an unboxing video is required as proof. Without this, we may be unable to process your claim.
  • If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

By Customers (India Only):

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • For prepaid orders, we can offer a credit note or an exchange with another item of equal value.
  • Email cancellation requests to info@desiwearhub.com.

Important:

  • No cancellations are allowed once the parcel is shipped.
  • 2–3% payment gateway charges will be deducted on prepaid order cancellations.
  • Credit notes are valid for 90 days.

By Desi Wear Hub:

  • We may cancel an order due to material unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Full refunds will be issued for prepaid orders canceled by us.
